Yes. Sending appointment reminders is one of the tasks where AI — or more precisely: automated software such as RPA (robotic process automation) — can take over the work almost entirely. This is not a surprising outcome: the task is predictable, involves little judgment, and the volume is often high enough to make automation worthwhile.
